Thank you for considering becoming a vendor at Eat Play Love on Sunday, November 3. In doing so, you will contribute to the success of our fundraiser and help ensure that our valuable programs and services continue to flourish.  

Being a vendor is an excellent opportunity to showcase your business and gain future clients. It also communicates to others clearly: you stand in support of survivors of domestic abuse. 

As a vendor, you will receive: 

  • A feature on our social media channels, which includes posts and stories tagging you or your business and highlighting your donation.
  • Recognition in our email communications to those who buy tickets.
  • A mention in our annual report when we highlight the success of Eat Play Love.
  • Promotion in our marketing and branding materials for Eat Play Love.
  • At tax receipt for your donated time and materials.

As always, your contributions are valuable to the continuation of our cause. 

How it Works

The mini-services at Eat Play Love are the highlight of our fundraiser. Guests often line up before the door opens to secure their spots!

  • When they arrive, guests will register for a service on a sign up form. Each guest gets two “tickets” to visit vendors.
  • Vendors will have a table and chairs, or space to setup their equipment.
  • Each vendor provides approximately 10 appointments, each about 15-minutes long. 
  • We fully encourage you to include promotional items at your vendor booth and to consider donating to our auction so you can further highlight your services.
