Partnership Coordinator  

(37.5 hours/week) 

Reporting To:     Direct Service Team Lead  

 

Purpose: Coordinate partnership creation and maintenance for direct service and capacity building programs  

  

Goals:  

  • To ensure the quality development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of direct service programs 
  • To participate in community development & collaborative activities aimed at addressing domestic violence across Alberta 

 

Qualifications 

  • Degree in Social Work (or equivalent) 
  • Registered Social Worker (or equivalent) 
  • Three years of experience (customer relationship management an asset)

Partnership Development  

  • Identify, engage and develop direct service partnership in sites across Alberta 
  • Implement, maintain and support program delivery based on program design and logic models  
  • Implement new research in the development, delivery and maintenance of direct service programs as directed by agency leadership   
  • Work cooperatively with evaluation and program staff to evaluate direct service programs 
  • Work collaboratively with agency staff to connect partners to all agency programs where applicable 

 

 

Community Development and Collaboration 

  • Identify areas of systemic barriers for clients/communities and opportunities for social action  
  • Participate in community bodies to address systemic barriers and promote Sagesse programs at the direction of agency leadership   
  • Support collective impact initiatives  

Program Administration 

  • Maintain program filing systems 
  • Report on monthly activities and statistics  
  • Provide information, as necessary, for development of funding proposals and reports 
  • Attendance at all supervision and staff meetings 
  • All other duties as required
