Staff may ask for personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and third-party information such as emergency contact names and numbers, for registration purposes. This information is needed to deliver requested programs and services, for providing aggregate statistics to our various funders, invoicing, and collection where applicable, for program evaluation and follow-up contact with clients where required or requested.
Staff will not disclose your information to anyone without your consent unless circumstances such as legal, medical or security reasons make it impossible or impractical to seek consent.
To ensure the privacy of our clients, all information collected by Sagesse is used solely for our purposes identified, under strict confidentiality in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the provincial Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Should you feel your right to privacy has been compromised, please immediately contact the CEO by phone, email, mail or in person.
